AMRAP Strength Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Band-Resisted Push-ups
  • 15 Band-Resisted Squats
  • 20 Band-Resisted Rows

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 band-resisted push-ups, 15 band-resisted squats, and 20 band-resisted rows. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement and focus on engaging the muscles being targeted by the resistance band. Rest as needed, but aim to keep a steady pace to maximize rounds completed within the time cap.
