Tabata Strength Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Resistance Band Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Resistance Band Push Press
    • 10 seconds rest
  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment Needed: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata section. Adjust band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
