Tabata Strength Resistance BandTabata:
8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Resistance Band Deadlifts
- 10 seconds rest
8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Resistance Band Push Press
- 10 seconds rest
8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
- 10 seconds rest
Equipment Needed: Resistance Band
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata section. Adjust band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
