EMOM Strength Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Resistance Band Deadlifts
  • Even minutes: 10 Resistance Band Push Press

Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Set a timer for 20 minutes and alternate between 10 resistance band deadlifts and 10 resistance band push press every minute on the minute. Adjust band tension as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
