- Even Minutes: 12 Band-Resisted Bent Over Rows

Instructions:
Perform 10 Band-Resisted Push-ups on the odd minutes and 12 Band-Resisted Bent Over Rows on the even minutes for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust band resistance as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
