EMOM Strength Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts with Resistance Band
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Instructions:
- Set a timer for 20 minutes and perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and technique throughout the EMOM.
