Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
    1. Resistance Band Deadlifts
    2. Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
    3. Resistance Band Bicep Curls
    4. Resistance Band Shoulder Press

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the muscles throughout the entire 20 seconds of work.
- Adjust band resistance as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining good technique.
