AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 5 Resistance Band Pull-aparts

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Keep a steady pace throughout and focus on maintaining good form on each movement. Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
