EMOM Strength Resistance BandEMOM x 12:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Band-Resisted Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 12 Band-Resisted Bent Over Rows
Instructions:
- Set up a resistance band securely for the push-ups and rows.
- Perform the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
- Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
