AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Band-resisted Push-ups
  • 15 Band Pull-aparts
  • 20 Band-resisted Squats
  • 25 Band Rows

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, moving quickly between exercises. Focus on maintaining good form and range of motion throughout each movement. Adjust band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
