  • 10 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 8 Burpees
  • 15 Double-Unders

Notes: Perform the prescribed movements at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Rest the remainder of each minute. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
