  • 50 Air Squats
  • 40 Push-ups
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 20 Resistance Band Pull-aparts
  • 10 Burpees

Equipment: Resistance Band


Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each exercise in order, moving as quickly as possible while maintaining proper form. The resistance band pull-aparts should be done with control and focus on the back and shoulder muscles.
