  • 40 Band Face Pulls

  • 20 Band Tricep Extensions
  • 10 Band Shoulder Press

Resistance Band: Use a medium to heavy resistance band for all movements


Instructions: Perform each movement with proper form and control to maximize muscle engagement. Focus on keeping tension in the band throughout each rep. Time cap: 12 minutes.
