- During the even minutes, perform 15 Resistance Band Pull Aparts to work on shoulder stability and strength.
- Scale Ring Muscle Ups to Ring Rows or Jumping Pull-Ups if needed.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to complete the reps with proper form.
