  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • Resistance Band Rows
  • Resistance Band Tricep Extensions

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Focus on maintaining good form and full range of motion throughout the workout.
