  • 20 seconds of Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • 10 seconds of rest

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)


Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the resistance band tension to challenge yourself appropriately.
