Tabata Cardio Resistance BandTabata:
- Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- Resistance Band Rows
- Resistance Band Bicep Curls
- Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
- Complete all 4 exercises for a full Tabata workout.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and controlling the resistance band throughout each movement.
