Rounds-for-Time Cardio Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Air Squats
- 40 Sit-ups
- 30 Push-ups
- 20 Jumping Lunges
- 10 Burpees
Equipment: Resistance Band (for assistance on push-ups if needed)
Time Cap: 10 Minutes
Instructions: Complete the reps of each exercise in order as fast as possible. Use the resistance band for assistance on push-ups if needed. Push yourself to maintain a fast pace throughout the workout.
