AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Resistance Band Pull-aparts
  • 20 Air Squats

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form on all movements and push yourself to keep a steady pace throughout the workout. Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
