AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Instructions:
- Start the workout with a 200m run, then complete 15 resistance band pull-aparts, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats.
- Repeat the sequence as many times as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale the movements and reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
