Tabata Cardio Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • Resistance Band Jumping Jacks
  • Resistance Band Mountain Climbers
  • Resistance Band Burpees

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements.


Notes:
Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement and push yourself during the work intervals. Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
