EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts
  • Even minutes: 10 Band Pull-Aparts

Barbell Weight: #185 / #135
Band Resistance: Medium
Instructions: Alternate between the Deadlifts and Band Pull-Aparts every minute on the minute. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement and try to keep a steady pace for the entire 20 minutes. Adjust the weight and band resistance as needed to challenge yourself.
