AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Resistance Band Rows
  • 15 Air Squats

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Run 200m, then perform 15 push-ups, 20 resistance band rows, and 15 air squats before starting the next round. Adjust the difficulty by changing the band resistance.
