Tabata Strength Slam Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
- Slam Ball Russian Twists
- Slam Ball Ground to Overhead
- Slam Ball Burpees


Equipment:
- 1 Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the 4 movements. Keep track of your total reps for each exercise to track progress.
