Tabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
- Slam Ball Ground to Overhead


Equipment: Slam Ball
Weight: Men: 30-40 lbs, Women: 20-30 lbs
Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of Slam Ball Ground to Overhead in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed.
