- 5 Slam Balls
Barbell: #185 / #135
Slam Ball Weight: 30lbs
Notes: Perform 5 deadlifts at the top of each minute, then immediately complete 5 slam balls before the minute ends. Rest the remainder of the minute. Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
