EMOM Strength Slam Ball

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 5 Push-ups

Equipment: Slam Ball
Instructions: Perform 10 Slam Balls and 5 Push-ups at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Focus on explosive power with the Slam Balls and maintain good form on the Push-ups throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
