EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even Minutes: 5 Power Cleans


Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell


Barbell Weight: 135/95 lbs


Instructions:
Perform 10 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute and 5 Power Cleans at the start of each even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the barbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
