EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder (50/30 lbs)
  • Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Notes:
- Alternate between the Slam Ball and Box Jumps every minute, aiming to complete the reps within each minute to earn rest time before the next movement.
- Adjust weight and box height as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
