EMOM Strength Slam Ball

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls
  • Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell


Barbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts, aiming for around 70-80% of your 1-rep max.


Notes: This workout will challenge both your conditioning and strength. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the deadlifts, and push the pace on the slam balls to keep your heart rate up.
