EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls (30/20 lbs)
  • Even Minutes: 5 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Notes:
- Perform 10 Slam Balls at the start of every odd minute, then rest for the remainder of that minute.
- On the even minutes, complete 5 Hang Power Cleans before resting for the rest of the minute.
- Continue this pattern for 20 minutes total. Adjust weights as needed to maintain intensity.
