AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 slam balls, 10 burpees, and 10 hang power cleans. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Adjust the weight of the slam ball and hang power cleans based on your skill level and fitness goals.
