AMRAP 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 5 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
- 10 Box Jumps
- 5 Push Press (95/65 lbs)

- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Move through each exercise with intensity and focus on proper form to maximize your score. Adjust weights as needed to maintain good technique throughout the workout.
