  • 50 Slam Balls
  • 40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 10 Clean and Jerks

- Slam Ball
- Dumbbells
- Box
- Barbell


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the reps for each movement in order, moving as quickly as possible. Push yourself to maintain good form throughout the workout.
