  • 40 Deadlifts
  • 30 Slam Balls
  • 20 Hang Power Cleans
  • 10 Slam Balls

Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the Slam Balls and barbell movements in order, completing all reps of each before moving on to the next exercise. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace to finish within the time cap.
