AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 5 Deadlifts
- 10 Slam Balls
- 5 Hang Power Cleans


Equipment: Slam Ball, Barbell


Barbell Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows for unbroken sets


Notes: Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving during the AMRAP timeframe. Make sure to use proper form during the Deadlifts and Hang Power Cleans to prevent injury.
