For Time:


  • 50 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Weight: Slam Ball (30/20 lb), Dumbbell (50/35 lb), Barbell (225/155 lb)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Start with the slam ball over the shoulder, then move on to the alternating dumbbell snatches. After that, complete the box jumps, followed by the deadlifts. Finish strong with the burpee box jump overs. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
