  • 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 15 Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • 20 Medicine Ball Lunges
  • 25 Double-Unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 medicine ball cleans, 15 medicine ball sit-ups, 20 medicine ball lunges, and 25 double-unders. Make sure to maintain good form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
