EMOM Skill Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even minutes: 5 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
Instructions:
Complete 10 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, perform 5 Toes-to-Bar. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
