  • 50 Slam Balls
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Complete each movement for the prescribed reps in order as fast as possible. Aim to maintain good form throughout to maximize efficiency. Time cap is 15 minutes. Adjust reps or movements as needed for scaling options.
