AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 8 Deadlifts
  • 6 Hang Power Cleans
  • 4 Push Jerks

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Slam Balls, 8 Deadlifts, 6 Hang Power Cleans, and 4 Push Jerks. The weight for the barbell should be challenging but manageable to maintain good form throughout the workout. Focus on pacing yourself to sustain intensity for the duration of the AMRAP.
