  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 5 Box Jumps

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 slam balls, 10 toes-to-bar, and 5 box jumps. Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to maximize your rounds. Rest as needed, but try to keep moving consistently.
