For Time:


  • 50 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Power Snatches

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (30-40 lbs)
- Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)
- Barbell (135/95 lbs)
- Box (24/20 inches)


Time Cap: 15 Minutes.


Notes: Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the deadlifts and power snatches to prevent injury. Focus on explosive movements for the slam ball over-the-shoulder and power snatches.
