  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Deadlifts

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each movement in order, aiming to finish the workout as fast as possible. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell snatches and deadlifts to push your limits. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
