- 10 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Double Unders
Equipment: Slam Ball
Skill Emphasis: Focus on efficient and explosive movements when picking up and throwing the slam ball. Work on maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
Note: Scale the weight of the slam ball and modify the number of double unders as needed to maintain intensity throughout the AMRAP.
