  • 50 Slam Ball Over the Shoulder
  • 40 Slam Ball Sit-Ups
  • 30 Slam Ball Squats
  • 20 Slam Ball Burpees
  • 10 Slam Ball Thrusters

Slam Ball Weight: 20/15 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. The Slam Ball must touch the ground on each rep for the Over the Shoulder and Burpees. Scale the weight as needed to maintain intensity and form.
