  • 5 Deadlifts

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
Complete 10 Slam Balls and 5 Deadlifts every minute on the minute for 12 minutes. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the minute is up.
