  • 40 Slam Ball Squats
  • 30 Slam Ball Sit-ups
  • 20 Slam Ball Lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 Slam Ball Burpees

Slam Ball Weight: 20/30 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
