AMRAP Weightlifting Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 10 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell
- Box


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 slam balls, 10 deadlifts, and 10 box jumps. Use a challenging weight for the deadlifts and a height on the box jumps that pushes you. Keep a steady pace and push through the fatigue to accumulate as many rounds as possible.
