EMOM Weightlifting Slam BallEMOM for 20 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even Minutes: 5 Power Snatches
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell
Instructions:
Complete 10 slam balls at the start of each odd minute, then perform 5 power snatches at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the barbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
