AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 20 Double-unders
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- 1 Slam Ball
- Jump Rope


Notes:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on efficient movement to maximize rounds.
